Session:  Digital Storytelling with iMovie for MACS
Presenter:  Becky Wegener, Instructional Technology/Web Specialist (Central Elementary)
Description:  Learn the basics of iMovie from importing video and photos to editing and enhancing movies for classroom instruction.  iMovie is a great tool for the classroom.  Teachers can create instructional videos themselves or show students how to use iMovie to demonstrate and share what they learn.  For this workshop you are welcome to bring your camcorder, digital camera or flash drive of photos, as well as your Mac Book.  (Don’t forget any necessary cables.)   If you have nothing to bring, there will be files for to use for demonstration purposes.  If movie creation is something that you’ve wanted to learn more about, this is your opportunity!
